About Me
My name is Olivia Stanforth. I live in Eugene, Oregon with my husband and my baby boy, Troy Michael. He is truly the fruition of everything I’ve learned on my 10-year journey studying reproductive health, pre-conception nutrition, and epigenetics.
I’ve been passionate about women’s hormonal health since I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 21. When the endocrinologist told me I had Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and that it couldn’t be reversed but could be “managed” with the birth control pill, I decided to seek other options. In 2018 I decided to go back to school to earn a certificate in Nutritional Therapy from the Nutritional Therapy Association. I followed up this education with extensive coursework in Mineral Balancing Science and gained an in-depth understanding of orthomolecular nutrition. Since then, I’ve not only reversed my own hormonal challenges but I’ve been trained under Dr. Daniel Pompa and have helped over 100 clients optimize their hormones with dietary and cellular detox strategies.
My goal is to help women become empowered to nourish their bodies and live low-toxin lifestyles so they can not only live free of unnecessary hormonal conditions (PMS, PCOS, painful periods, etc.) but also have the physical vitality to get pregnant and carry healthy babies to term.
